WomenHeart, The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease, is devoted to improving the lives of women with and at risk of heart disease.
The Marin Support group offers monthly support meetings virtually and in person. WomenHeart offers a range of support services to help heart disease survivors live healthier lives.
