Good Dragon Tang Soo Do offers chi gong and martial arts classes for adults and seniors. Our senior martial arts program, Greatest Dragons, enables seniors to enjoy the benefits of martial arts instruction at a slower pace modified to each student's level of mobility. The classes are designed to improve coordination, balance and cognitive functioning as well as overall health and mobility. Chi Gong is offered two days per week by Zoom. Greatest Dragons Senior Martial Arts is offered twice peer week by Zoom. In person classes are also available. Adult martial arts classes are offered three days per week in Novato. We are a non profit organization, and our classes are donation based.
