The aging of our population means an unprecedented and growing number of people requiring care and support for living well with dementia — the most difficult challenge many families will ever face. Too few of them have the information and resources they need to live their best possible life today and plan for tomorrow. The Alzheimer’s Association is committed to ensuring that everyone impacted by Alzheimer’s or a related dementia – those living with the disease, their families and caregivers – has access to affordable, high-quality care and support services to help them live their best life possible. To achieve this, we offer an array of services so that no one faces Alzheimer’s disease OR a related dementia alone which includes the Alzheimer's Association 24/7 Helpline (800-272-3900) providing information and assistance and care consultations, monthly dementia caregiver support groups and its Early Stage Memory Loss Support Group for the person with an early stage diagnosis, community education and caregiving information and resources.
